(An-Nazi'ath) 79 : 35
يَوْمَ يَتَذَكَّرُ الْإِنْسَانُ مَا سَعَىٰ
Then every man will remember his efforts.
The believers are conscious that the aim of appointing mankind to the earth is to prepare or earn Paradise in this world to inherit it in the Hereafter, as explained in verses 7: 43 and 76: 22. Such are the only ones fulfilling the aim of life. The efforts of such believers—who have understood the aim of life from Adhikr—will be appreciated. It is warned through verse 89: 23 that on the Day when Hell is brought, those who did not utilize Adhikr will wail: “If I had utilized Dhikra—Adhikr.” See explanation 18: 103-105; 54: 39; and 78: 40.
